This is a reservation, not a ticket. It cannot be used to fly. Some embassies and consulates do not accept temporary reservations, so check your destination’s requirements before you apply.

Questions

Short answers before you book.

Can I check the booking on the airline’s website?

Yes. Open the airline’s Manage Booking page and enter the PNR and the passenger’s last name.

How long does the reservation last?

Each airline sets its own hold time, usually 24 to 72 hours. The expiry is on your itinerary.

Will every airline be available?

No. Only airlines that allow holds can be reserved. If your route has none, we tell you before you pay.

Will the embassy accept it?

That depends on the embassy. We cannot guarantee acceptance, so confirm what yours requires.
